Retail Lots
What are your hours of operation?
We open from 9 a.m. till 9 p.m. 7 days a week including Thanksgiving Day and are always open online: www.traditiontrees.com or . On the weekends we are up and running by 8:30 am. We usually sell out a few days before Christmas and we usually consolidate our inventory to one or two locations around 12/15.
Can I order my tree over the phone or online and schedule delivery?
Yes! You can shop online at https://www.traditioncompany.com/holidays-christmas-services-atlanta or you can call or text 678-964-7066. We monitor our lines of communication all year.
Are you a Tree Farm?
Yes! We do farm Fraser Fir, Canaan Fir, Concolor Fir, and Nordman Fir Christmas trees on leased land in Mitchell and Jackson counties in Western North Carolina. All of our retail locations carry fresh cut trees so we are not a pick-n-cut operation.
Can I schedule a photography session for a client at your tree lot and is there a fee?
Our tree lot is designed for customers to select and purchase their tree while enjoying the Christmas season. We love for our customers to document their experiences and make memories with us. We restrict photography to customers only.
How much are your trees?
Trees are priced by the height, grade and type of tree. Each location has various inventory and pricing but you can expect $10-$25/foot for trees under 9’. 9’ and over trees are in high demand with limited supply so prices are generally $30-$60/foot in the larger sizes.
How much are your wreaths and garland?
Wreaths and garland are priced by size, type greenery and any potential enhancements with small wreaths starting around $12.00. Each location has various inventory and pricing and you would need to visit one of our locations to see what we have available.

Delivery & Installation
Where do you deliver?
Just about anywhere around Atlanta! We have customers in Peachtree City, Lake Oconee and Buford. Areas over 12 miles from our closest location to you are charged a mileage fee to cover the extra costs. Please see our Delivery Policies for more information on our radius and delivery pricing.
My building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for delivery. Do you provide that?
Yes! Please view our Delivery Policies page for instructions on how to request a COI in advance of your delivery window. Note that if our team arrives for a scheduled tree delivery and is turned away by the building because a COI has not been requested in advance there will be a $50 re-delivery fee to setup a new delivery date / time. If the order must be cancelled there will be a $50 cancellation fee.
I purchased a tree delivery package but I’d like to change the day / time of my delivery:
Please contact customersupport@traditioncompany.com or call/text 678-964-7066 to change the delivery day / time of your order. Changes must be received 48 hours before the day before delivery. After this point, requests to change your appointment will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Check out our Delivery Policies page for more information on our cancellation policy.
How will I be contacted on the day of delivery?
You will receive an SMS message when our delivery elves are on the way to your location. Please make sure the contact phone number provided at checkout is a valid U.S. phone number so you are able to receive all day-of notifications. Check out our communication process on our Delivery Policies page.
What happens if I miss my delivery time window?
If there is no answer at your contact phone number the day of delivery, our team will leave a voicemail and will call a second time. If there is no answer for the second attempt, they will need to move onto their next scheduled delivery and a new delivery date / time will need to be coordinated with our customer service team. There will be a $50 re-delivery fee to schedule a new delivery appointment. Check out our Delivery Policies page for more details on the delivery and day-of communication process.
I ordered tree removal. When will I be able to schedule a date / time for removal?
You can schedule removal as early as you want and you will receive an email and text the week before Christmas with instructions to schedule your tree removal. Tree removals will be available from December 26th - January 15th (excluding New Years Day). Trees scheduled after 1/15 are subject to a $50-$100 ancillary fee depending on the size of the trees
What do you do with the trees once removed?
Tradition takes trees to several local recycling centers or mulches the trees for use at our garden center.

How do I get a bid for Christmas lights on my house and property?
It’s easy—text us at 678-964-7066 with some photographs of your home and property with a good email address and we can send you a bid.

Tree Concerns
How do I take care of my tree?

My tree was delivered but it is too big / too small:
Please contact our customer service team at customersupport@traditioncompany.com or call/text 678-964-7066. Our team will arrange a day / time frame for a swap to replace the tree previously delivered for a tree that better fits your size needs. Please note that you will be charged a $50 re-delivery fee. Additionally, if you have upgraded to a larger size tree, you will also be charged for the difference in price between the original tree and the new, larger tree.
I’m not happy with my tree. Will Tradition replace it?

I already have my own tree stand. Can I use my own?
All our tree packages come with a tree stand and we charge a one-time stand fee. We require that all installations are done with Tradition approved stands to ensure that your tree has been securely installed.
Lighting / Decoration:
How long should I wait to decorate my tree?
Typically we suggest giving your tree 24-48 hours to settle before putting decorations on it, depending on the tree size. Smaller trees can be decorated sooner, larger trees need longer to settle. Basically 1-2 days.
What color lights are available?
Our default lights are warm white LED mini lights and multi-color is a popular option. We have every color in the rainbow available and also have c7 and c9 size bulbs.
What comes with a lit tree?
Your Lit tree comes delivered with lights already on the tree and we average 100 lights per foot of tree. We remove the tree with the lights on as well. The delivery team will turn on the lights and make sure all of the lights are on. In the event of a light malfunction our team will be out within 36 hours of you reporting the problem. Troubleshooting is free of charge as long as no one has altered the original work. A labor charge will be assessed if the outage was customer caused.

I ordered a Decorations Services package. Do I also need to order lights?
No. The decorations package comes with lights, ornaments, a star tree topper, and installation. All themes come with warm white LED lights and a star tree topper unless otherwise instructed.
I ordered a Decorations package and a removal package. Does the Tradition team take back the ornaments at the time of removal?
Yes. All ornaments and décor are property of Tradition.

What decoration styles do you offer?
We have three different colored decoration themes - Traditional Christmas (Red & Green), Winter Wonderland (Silver & Blue), and Gold & Glamorous (Gold & Silver). We can also customize to your tastes.
I ordered a Decorations package. When will you put the lights / decorations on the tree?
For all tree sizes, trees will come pre-lit. You will be contacted within 24-48 hours of placing the order to schedule a separate decorations appointment. Note: Decoration appointment must be at least 24 hours after your tree delivery appointment to allow tree branches to settle.
